Country-music singer-songwriters Maren Morris and Ryan Hurd found love while establishing their music careers in Nashville. The two just happened to be paired together for a studio session while writing “Last Turn Home”, a hit song for Tim McGraw. That was the start of their successful writing relationship, which turned into a true fairytale. The country stars tied the knot March 24, 2018. Just before the wedding, Hurd recorded “Diamonds or Twine” as a wedding gift for his bride-to-be.
The happy couple welcomed their first child, baby boy Hayes, on March 23, 2020.
