Joey King is set to play an assassin in "Bullet Train", an upcoming action film starring Brad Pitt, directed by David Leitch ("Deadpool 2", "Hobbs & Shaw").
According to Deadline, the flick is based on the Japanese novel “Maria Beetle”.
“Five assassins find themselves on a fast moving bullet train from Tokyo to Morioka with only a few stops in between," reads the syopsis. "They discover their missions are not unrelated to each other. The question becomes who will make it off the train alive and what awaits them at the terminal station?”

"Echo 3," has been ordered a 10-episode series by Apple. The action-thriller is based on the Israeli series “When Heroes Fly” created by Omri Givon and the novel, of the same name, by Amir Gutfreund. The series centres around Amber Chesborough, a brilliant young scientist from a small American family who goes missing along the Colombia-Venezuela border. Chesborough's husband and her brother, whom both have intensive military experience and complicated pasts, experience a difficult time finding her in what sets out to be a secret war.
The series will be filmed with both English and Spanish dialogue. Boal will take on the role of co-showrunner next to Jason Horwitch, as they will both executive produce. Boal won two Academy Awards for "The Hurt Locker", an Iraq War drama. Apple and Keshet Studios will produce.
“Echo 3” is Apple's second series order for an adaptation of a Keshet show, following “Suspicion", announced back in March.

"To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before" heartthrob Noah Centineo has been added to the New Line/DC’s Dwayne Johnson film "Black Adam" which will begin filming in Georgia in early 2021.
Centineo is set to play Atom Smasher, with the ability to manipulate his size, strength and durability to change his molecular structure. The film will be directed by Jaume Collet-Serra, who also directed Johnson in Disney's "Jungle Cruise."
