London-based couture house Ralph & Russo, founded by Australian designers Tamara Ralph and Michael Russo, are strong contenders when it comes down to who will be designing Meghan Markle's wedding dress.
The duo were behind Markle's $100,000 beautiful ensemble seen in her engagement photos, so it's no real surprise people think they've been hired to do the honours on May 19, as well.

Erdem is also up there with those thought to be designing the royal wedding dress, with him leaping to the front of the pack due to his Canadian roots and the fact that the team recently decided to move its PR in-house. Could it be a sign that they're ready to deal with something big?

Burberry's ex designer Christopher Bailey and his successor, Riccardo Tisci, have long been linked to the much-talked about dress. It's also been rumoured that Bailey could actually be the creator of Meghan Markle's second wedding dress, which she will change into for the private evening reception at Frogmore House.
Could he take on the huge job to go out with a bang before leaving the company?

Stella McCartney joins a long list of names linked to the much-talked about job, with her neither confirming nor denying that she would be doing the honours when quizzed by a journalist in a previous interview.
Meghan Markle is also no stranger to wearing McCartney's clothes, with her donning a cape dress made by the designer for the Queen's recent 92nd birthday party concert.

Alexander McQueen famously designed Kate Middleton's royal wedding dress, so would Meghan Markle really get the team to do hers as well?
Either way, the team have long been rumoured to be doing the honours, and it wouldn't be a huge surprise, because, again, Markle is quite the fan of their outfits.
