'The Princess Bride' (1987)
FACEBOOK/The Princess Bride
While this doesn’t constitute a true guilty pleasure seeing as you aren’t embarrassed to admit you like it, it does make us happy on a rainy day. We love Andre the Giant as Fezzik, the gentle giant, and would want him in our corner.
'Suburban Commando' (1991)
The Hulkster stars as an interstellar hero trying to fit in on Earth – but the film also stars The Undertaker, who has never not played himself in a movie. However, in this one he’s a guy called Hutch, who is the furthest from The Undertaker as you can get – maybe this is why it makes our list?
'Mr. Nanny' (1993)
Who doesn’t have a place in their hearts for “Mr. Nanny” starring Hulk Hogan. It’s the precursor to "Tooth Fairy" starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The Hulkster paved the way for wrestlers to appear in some pretty interesting costumes outside the ring.
12 Rounds (2009)
FACEBOOK/ 12 Rounds
You can see John Cena in this action flick as he tries to save his girlfriend from a pre-"Game of Thrones" Littlefinger. The sad part is that this movie and "The Marine" almost derailed his movie career – when it’s so cheesy you can’t help but love it. Who cares that it steals from "Die Hard with a Vengeance"? John Cena owns a pug. A pug!
While the Rock was off starring in "Tooth Fairy", a whole slew of wrestlers were starring in MacGruber. Chris Jericho, The Big Show, Mark Henry, Kane, MVP, and The Great Khali all make appearances in the SNL skit-turned-movie. While they don’t last long in the film, they do get their own montage.
'Tooth Fairy' (2010)
This movie proves Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has range. Not only does he star alongside an Oscar-winning actress (Julie Andrews) and hold his own, but he does so while wearing silk pyjamas, a pair of fuzzy wings, and getting hit in the groin with a tennis ball. Classic.
'House of the Rising Sun' (2011)
Dave Bautista is the leading man in this action caper – and while you realize pretty quickly why he’s best suited to a supporting role – he does get to kiss the girl (Amy Smart) and kick some serious ass.
'Christmas Bounty' (2013)
The Miz stars in a cheesy Christmas -- dare we say? -- classic. The Miz plays a bounty hunter who teams up with his ex when she comes back to town. And it’s set in New Jersey. It’s just the gift that keeps on giving.
'Santa’s Little Helper' (2015)
Mike 'The Miz' Mizanin stars in this not-quite-a-Hallmark Christmas movie, not-quite-a-Lifetime Christmas movie as a business man who gets fired and is chosen to compete to be Santa’s second in command. And you’re not just getting one WWE superstar – you get two! Paige, the current WWE Smackdown general manager stars as an elf (pointy ears and all). So who wins and becomes Santa’s Little Helper? You’ll have to watch to find out.
12 Rounds 3 (2015)
Sadly John Cena is not back for a second round – or a third in this case – it’s Dean Ambrose’s turn (or is it Jonathan Good or Jon Moxley?). Maybe it’s fitting the man with three names is in "12 Rounds 3" which, while we love it, it’s not as cheesy as the first round.
