The latest from superstar sitcom producer Chuck Lorre ("The Big Bang Theory", "Two and a Half Men") tells the story of a middle-aged compression sock businessman from Detroit named Bob (former "Mike and Molly" star Billy Gardell) who unexpectedly falls for his cardiac nurse, a Nigerian immigrant, while recovering from a heart attack and sets his sights on winning her over. Undaunted by their cultural differences — not to mention her initial lack of interest — Bob is determined to win Abishola's heart in this comedic examination of immigrant life in America.

In the pilot, Bow's hippie parents Paul and Alicia (Mark-Paul Gosselaar and Tika Sumpter) make a big move from their cultish commune to the suburbs — with Paul's wealthy father ("Veep" alum Gary Cole) footing the bill.
