They Went Through Heartbreak Together
At the beginning of their relationship, the couple bonded during their mutual hard times.
After 13 years together, Stefani and Gavin Rossdale ended their marriage not long after Shelton and Miranda Lambert.
But, Shelton turned to Stefani for support, telling Billboard, “Gwen saved my life. Who else on earth could understand going through a high-profile divorce from another musician? You can’t even imagine the similarities in our divorces.”
The Best Birthday Present
Blake Shelton set the bar high for all boyfriends out there!
To celebrate Stefani’s 47th birthday, he couldn’t help but bring a little country into her life, buying her the most extravagant gift: A horse named Halo.
She gushed about the present on her Instagram, captioning it, “Look at my fancy fringe!! #cantbelivemylife.”
They Sing Together
At the 2016 Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas, the couple performed their duet “Go Ahead and Break My Heart”, which was featured on Shelton’s 2016 album ‘If I’m Honest’.
There’s nothing more romantic than a couple making music together!
They Love To Gush About Each Other
Since the beginning, Blake and Gwen have never been afraid to voice their love for each other.
During an appearance on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon”, Stefani could not stop talking about her country crooner boyfriend and his love for all things outdoors and camo, plus bringing him to Disneyland for the first time.
They Sing Together, Again
Nothing says getting in the holiday spirit like singing your favourite Christmas songs with the one you love.
The duo co-wrote “You Make It Feel Like Christmas”, the title track off Stefani’s 2017 holiday album and performed it during “Gwen Stefani’s You Make It Feel Like Christmas” TV special.
They couldn’t help but gaze into each other’s eyes their whole performance, looking so in love.
Blake Cheers On Gwen
On the opening night of Gwen’s “Just A Girl” Las Vegas residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, Blake was right by her side the whole evening. From sending her pre-show flowers, which she gushed about on her Instagram stories, to cuddling up on the red carpet, they could not look happier together.
Blake even took to Twitter on opening night to rave about his girl: “Today’s the day!!! Gwen Stefani’s opening night in Las Vegas!!! I wouldn’t miss this for the world.”
Gwen Cheers On Blake
They may have skipped the red carpet at the 2019 Academy of Country Music Awards, but all eyes were on Blake and Gwen inside the MGM Grand Garden Arena when they posed for some adorable photos together.
Gwen couldn’t help but cheer on her beau as he took the stage to perform his smash-hit “God’s Country”.
Gwen Doesn’t Care That He’s Country
The California-native is perfectly fine with Blake’s country roots.
After Blake failed to recognize Gwen’s No.1 hit “Hollaback Girl” during Jimmy Fallon’s “Name That Song” game, Gwen was quick to defend her man.
“That’s a hard game!” Gwen told Fallon when she appeared on the show. “That is so funny. He should have known that one, but he’s country, he doesn’t listen to like, [pop music].”
Blake’s A Father To Her Children
Stepping out at the “UglyDolls” Los Angeles premiere, the pair looked so in love with Gwen’s kids, Kingston, Apollo, and Zuma. This marked their first red carpet appearance as a family of five.
Blake has always been the best father figure to Gwen’s sons. Even she can’t stop praising his father figure, telling Hoda Kotb and Andy Cohen on “Today”, “He is a good dad. He’s been helping me out a lot. It’s hard; I’ve got three boys.”
Blake and Gwen are proof that opposites attract.
The country crooner and punk-rocker couldn’t be more different, especially when it comes to their fashion choices. While attending the premiere of “Bennett’s War”, they stayed true to their roots with Stefani rocking fishnet tights and an oversized cargo jacket, while Shelton kept it country in denim and cowboy boots.
