Canadian treasure Celine Dion is a spokeswoman for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The singer has brought awareness to the disease, generates large amounts of funds for research and care, and has donated her appearance fees from multiple concerts. Dion's niece died of the disease at 16-years-old.

Michael Buble has donated to many charities, but most notable are his efforts towards cancer research. He partnered with Stand Up to Cancer UK to raise funds for cancer research in 2018. He did this a year after his son, now 6-years-old, was diagnosed with liver cancer in 2016. Thankfully, his son was given the all-clear in 2017 after treatment and much love from his parents.

The Michael J. Fox Foundation is the world's largest non-profit for Parkinson's research. Fox launched the foundation in 2000 and has since worked tirelessly as a patient advocate. The actor was diagnosed with Parkinson's at the age of 29 in 1991. More than $900 million has been generated since the foundation's inception.

Rachel McAdams is an environmentalist and has a home powered by renewable energy. She is the co-founder of an environmental website that helped clean up in New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and has petitioned many times for a healthier environment.
