Season 1: NeNe vs. Kim

“RHOA” fans have followed the ups and downs of NeNe Leakes and Kim Zolciak-Biermann's relationship since the beginning; their season 1 reunion squabble remains unforgettable. In a heated discussion about the identity of Big Poppa, Kim’s then-boyfriend-slash-sugar-daddy, who was still married to another woman, NeNe (and her signature southern drawl) summed up her thoughts on the relationship in one now-classic expression: “Close your legs to married men.” Kim didn’t exactly take the advice: In season 2, she claimed to be engaged to a still-married Big Poppa, though she and her longtime love did eventually call it quits.

Season 2: Kim And Kandi Perform ‘Tardy For The Party’

One of the staples of the “Housewives” franchise has been the ambitious musical endeavours of the cast members, regardless of actual musical talent. While some may question Kim’s vocal ability, her collaboration with co-star and Grammy-winning songstress Kandi Burruss on “Tardy For The Party” was a central plotline of season 2, culminating in their performance of the dance track at that year’s reunion. The number drew a lukewarm response from their castmates; Shereé Whitfield said, “I thought it was fun, I liked the beat… so…,” but when asked if she still thought Kim couldn’t sing, NeNe ambivalently replied, “It doesn’t even really matter.”

Season 5: Porsha Performs ‘Amazing Grace’

Kim and Kandi’s performance isn’t the show’s only memorable musical moment. Fast forward to the season 5 reunion, where new addition Porsha Williams delivered an impromptu a cappella performance of the gospel hymn “Amazing Grace”. Unlike “Tardy For The Party”, the cast were not asked to critique the number afterwards, but of course, a shady glance to the camera is worth a thousand words.

Season 6: NeNe vs. Kandi

They’ve often been called “oil and water”, but NeNe and Kandi have given us one of the most referenced “Housewives” quotes ever at the season 6 reunion. When Kandi blasted NeNe’s blog post attacking her mom Mama Joyce, NeNe stood by her words, despite Kandi’s sentiment that the ladies’ families should be off limits. Eventually, NeNe closed the argument with an emphatic, “I said what I said,” and another internet meme was born.

Season 6: Kenya vs. Phaedra

At the same reunion, Phaedra Parks confronted Kenya Moore about her alleged pursuit of Phaedra’s then-husband Apollo Nida. The exchange saw Phaedra deliver one of the most lethal reads in reality TV history, memorable largely because it accomplished what seemed impossible: it rendered Kenya speechless. Before leaving for prison during season 7, Apollo finally admitted he lied about the nature of his text exchanges with Kenya, though the two women would continue to clash.

Season 6: Kenya vs. Porsha

Back to the season 6 reunion – yes, it’s THAT memorable. One of Atlanta’s most heated feuds came to a head when Porsha and Kenya’s beef turned physical; Porsha, frustrated with Kenya shouting at her through a literal megaphone from two seats away, got up and dragged her co-star across the floor by her hair, forcing security and host Andy Cohen to step in. Kenya later pressed charges against Porsha, who was demoted to recurring status on the show for season 7; however, she was back full-time for season 8.

Season 7: NeNe Vs. Kandi, Again

After butting heads at the season 6 reunion, NeNe and Kandi once again went toe to toe a year later. Kandi called out NeNe’s “superior complex” and “stank-a** attitude” throughout season 7; the two women put all their feelings out in the open, leading them both to emphatically declare, “We see each otha!” While their relationship has improved over the years, recent shade back and forth in the press has us expecting fireworks from these two at the season 12 sit-down.

Season 9: Kandi vs. Phaedra

In seasons 7-9, viewers watched this once-loving friendship slowly fall apart. By season 9, with tensions riding high, a rumour began circulating that Kandi and her husband Todd Tucker had attempted to drug and rape Porsha – and at the reunion, it’s dramatically revealed that Phaedra was behind the rumour. On top of being one of the most astonishing conclusions to any reunion in “Housewives” history, the revelation led to Phaedra’s ousting from the show, as the other women reportedly refused to film with her in solidarity with Kandi.

Season 10: NeNe vs. Kim, Again

Five years after Kim’s departure from the franchise, these two OGs were finally back to sharing the screen and trading jabs. From plastic surgery to drug use -- not to mention a particularly sexual accusation -- nothing was off limits at the season 10 reunion. While their friendship seemed beyond repair by the end of the special, NeNe recently told ET the two are back in a good place and she’d even welcome another return by Kim to the franchise.
