Happy birthday to Christina Applegate! The hilarious actress turns 50 on Nov. 25.

While Applegate has faced her fair share of challenges in life, such as breast cancer and her recent multiple sclerosis diagnosis, the mom of one continues to make people around the world laugh, thanks to her unshakable spirit.

'Married... With Children'

Applegate was just 15 when she was cast as Kelly Bundy on "Married... with Children".

The actress instantly became the breakout star of the show, thanks to her portrayal of the ditzy but lovable blond.

Applegate teamed up with Cameron Diaz and Selma Blair for 2002's "The Sweetest Thing".

In 2007, Applegate took on the role of Samantha Newly - the young vice-president of a real estate firm, who is forced to start life over after a hit-and-run accident leaves her with amnesia.

The sitcom ran until 2009, winning multiple Primetime Emmys.

As well as starring in TV and movies, Applegate has also made her mark on the stage.

The multi-talented star played the lead in the 2005 Broadway revival of "Sweet Charity".
