Luke Evans As Vlad The Impaler
Facebook
Taking a stab at Dracula's origins, Luke Evans (of "Fast & Furious 6" and "The Hobbit" fame - swoon) suits up as 15th century ruler Vlad the Impaler in "Dracula Untold". The film centres around the cursed Transylvanian Prince we know from history and how he became the all-powerful creature of legend that many have come to fear as the sun sets.RELATED: On Set Of 'Dracula Untold' In order to save his son and wife, Vlad journeys to Broken Tooth Mountain where he encounters the ancient sorcerer, Caligula and enters into a bargain, immeasurable strength for the thirst for human blood. The choice ultimately leads him to embrace his destiny as the legendary vampire, Dracula.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers As Dracula
NBC
Last fall, the age-old tale of Dracula was reVamped, so to speak. Lucky for the ladies, Jonathan Rhys Meyers played the big bad vampire in the series that introduces Dracula as he arrives in London. Posing as an American entrepreneur who wants to bring modern science to Victorian society, the night walker is really hoping to wreak revenge on the people who ruined his life centuries earlier. The twist? He falls hopelessly in love with a woman who seems to be a reincarnation of his dead wife.
-
Tom Hiddleston As Adam
Sony Pictures
We told you our 5 reasons why people are swooning for Tom Hiddleston and our secret No. 6 reason is that he plays a vampire who's been in love with Tilda Swinton for centuries. Well, kinda. Tilda plays his love interest in their new film "Only Lovers Left Alive", which screened here at the 2013 Toronto International Film Festival to rave reviews. People love Tom as Thor's half brother Loki, but do you love him as a vampire? We think that he's pretty suck-ulent in the role.
-
Alexander Skarsgård As Eric Northman
HBO
If you're a "True Blood" fan you'll know that Alexander Skarsgard is a big part of the reason why waiting for the next season really sucked. One of the show's hottest fangers, Alexander's character in the hit HBO series is described as "an old and powerful Nordic vampire, who's cold will commands as much respect as his impressive stature." Fans of the show ravinously devoured his full frontal at the end of season 5. SPOILER ALERT: What did you think about his Sookie-less situation at the end of the series?
-
Stephen Moyer As Bill Compton
HBO
Alexander's not the only one that has the ladies fanging out on "True Blood". For those who aren't into the tall blonde viking type, Stephen Moyer's southern Louisiana drawl makes Bill a bit of a ladykiller. Landing his onscreen lady (who those of you who believe that Sookie's furry relationship at the end of season 5 is just a temporary thing) as his real life partner, Stephen and Anna Paquin welcomed twins Charlie and Poppy in 2013. SPOILERT ALERT: Sookie showed us that behind every possessed vampire, there is one heck of a half-fae woman. The final season reunion between these two had us crying in our coffins.
-
Ian Somerhalder As Damon Salvatore
The CW
Before rumours started swirling that he would take on the lead role in "Fifty Shades", Ian Somerhalder was just your regular hot guy playing a vampire on one of the biggest shows on television. No biggie right? Fans of the popular CW franchise will know that Damon's finally found happiness with Elena, but found out the hard way that his bloodsucking sweetheart is fated to always fall for his vampire brother, Stefan. One of the only actor's on the show who doesn't have a magical doppleganger (shucks), we think that Ian (who split this year from real-life love Nina Dobrev, she coincedentally plays Elena on the show) might be going through a tough time, but will have no trouble moving on. Sometimes, love really bites. SPOILER ALERT: Apparently we were wrong, with Damon and Elena's relationship becoming even more confusing as the fifth season came to a close, can the two move on, now that Damon has passed on to the other side?
-
Paul Wesley As Stefan Salvatore
The CW
Remember that other hot vampire brother we were talking about from "The Vampire Diaries"? Paul Wesley, who as we mentioned plays Elena's fated love in the series also escaped from a flooded vault, was used a a brain microwave for an ancient immortal vampire named Silas (who is coincedentally Stefan's doppleganger) and walks the line of ripper and upstanding citizen like a driver suspected of DUI. As much as we swooned when Stefan gave Elena her very own daylight ring, we're kind of hoping that this whole Damon relationship might work out. Leaving Stefan to finally hook up with Caroline, his fangtastic sober coach. It's just too bad that Enzo had to make it back from the other side as well. Smell that? It's what we like to call a love triangle.
-
Robert Pattinson As Edward Cullen
Summit Entertainment
Twi-hards how could we forget your main man Edward? "The Twilight Series" was a huge international success for a couple of reasons: Robert Pattinson (and there may have been someone else who was pretty ab-tastic too but let's leave that for a different gallery). Author of "Fifty Shades of Grey," E.L.James has even admitted that her steamy trilogy was written as a piece of Robert as Edward fan fantasy. Talk about being a hot vampire!
-
Colin Farrell As Jerry
Disney
In our eyes, Colin Farrell is the only actor who could play a womanizing, handy vampire who looks that good in a dirty undershirt while eating an apple. Farrell stepped into the role of vampire Jerry in the 2011 remake of the slightly campy 1985 classic "Fright Night" with ease. Playing the charming bad-boy neighbour opposite the quirky Anton Yelchin and Christopher Mintz-Plasse, surprisingly, we found ourselves laughing-out-loud in this horror film.
-
Alex O'Loughlin As Mick St. John
CBS
Before hanging ten on "Hawaii Five-O" with Scott Caan, and woo-ing a pregnant Jennifer Lopez in "The Back-Up Plan" Alex O'Loughlin was playing a vampire detective on "Moonlight". Mick St. John is a PI and a reluctant member of the vampire society. He was turned by an ancient vampire from the French Revolution, also know as his ex-wife Coraline. Much like Stefan Salvatore (when he's not giving in to his "ripper" alter ego) and Bill Compton (pre-Billith) Mick is a "vegetarian" vamp, only drinking the blood of bodies he finds in the morgue. And much like Stefan and Bill, this does nothing to compromise his sexy bod, providing for lots of shirtless time on screen.
-
Gerard Butler As Dracula
Dimension Films
Remember when Gerard Butler played a long haired Dracula? We almost didn't either, good thing we took that course on Vampires back in university. Before packing on the 6-pack for 300, Gerard Butler took to terrorizing the French Quarter in "Dracula 2000". After a group of thieves let Dracula loose from a chamber they expected to be full of paintings, the vampire goes in hunt of his nemsis' daughter Mary Van Helsing. SPOILER ALERT: He finds her and mayhem ensues.
-
David Boreanaz As Angel
Created originally as Buffy's love interest in "Buffy The Vampire Slayer", Angel was one complicated vampire. Being cursed with remorse and a human soul, the character matures into an altruistic champion of mankind, but unfortunately things don't work out so well between him and Buffy.
-
James Marsters As Spike
Warner Bros.
James Marsters plays the punky, evil bada** Spike to a T. Originally intended to be a brief villain, the character ended up staying around for the whole second season and then replacing the curt Cordelia in season four. Seasons 5-7 is when his relationship with Buffy gets really interesting. We advise a weekend long binge viewing session of the series to find out how interesting.
-
Brad Pitt As Louis de Pointe du Lac
Warner Bros.
Based on the novel by vampire fiction queen Anne Rice, "Interview With A Vampire" focuses on the intense relationship between Louis (played by Brad Pitt) and Lestate (played by the actor in the next slide). Beginning with Louis' transformation into a vampire by Lestat in 1791. The film chronicles their time together, and their turning of a twelve-year-old girl, Claudia, into their vampire child. The film plays out as Louis tells his story to a San Francisco reporter (played by Christian Slater) who meets his demise by the hands of Brad's angry life partner. Brad played the part wonderfully, giving whole new meaning to a tortured soul.
-
Tom Cruise As Lestat de Lioncourt
Warner Bros.
The anti-hero of "Interview With A Vampire" (it's hard not to get behind someone who perserves Brad Pitt to forever be in his '30s) Tom Cruise was pretty scary as the sinister Lestat.
-
Jason Patric As Michael
Warner Bros.
Talk about a blast from the past! Is there any vampire film as good as "The Lost Boys"? Now even though Jason Patric is only a vampire for a portion of the film, he's still a total babe. Seen here with his younger on-screen brother (played by the late Corey Haim) the film tells the tale of two brothers who move to California and end up fighting a gang of vampires. A vamprie that can rock a letterman jacket? Pretty rad.
